In the event that any product available through or listed on the Website is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or to charge you the correct price upon collection of your order.In line with the above, all pictures shown on the Website are purely for illustration purposes. You take full and sole responsibility for all your activities and conduct while using the Website, including all content, materials, submissions and/or uploads to community forums, blogs or public reviews on our site. SaladStop! will not be liable for the content of any user and expressly disclaims all related liability.

If you place an order with us and fail to pick it up from third part delivery providers, we reserve the right to charge you the amount due (including by charging your credit card, if applicable). If you realize you cannot pick up an order, please contact the store that is fulfilling the order as soon as possible to let them know you cannot pick up the order and to see whether a charge may be avoided.

You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description and which are of satisfactory quality.If you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items. We will provide a refund or account credit in respect of the affected part of the Item up to your third-party delivery provider, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after pick-up. Prior to processing your refund or account credit, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history and what happened on pick-up.

SaladStop! may ask for your food allergen and preference information to assist you in selecting foods that do not include common allergens. We take the following precautions, but there is always a risk of contamination:- We exercise care in identifying ingredients in our food that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies;- We train our food production staff on commercially reasonable industry practices to minimize cross-contamination; and- We label items with common allergen-containing ingredients.

SaladStop! advises that all purchases, whether in-store or through SaladStop!’s online ordering platform, be consumed within one hour of pickup. SaladStop! shall not be held responsible, in any manner, for any claim, illness or other damage arising from the consumption of purchases after the aforementioned time line.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Thailand Arbitration Center (“THAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Bangkok, Thailand. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration shall be English or Thai.

In the event of any problem with the Website or any content or products, you agree that your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Website, content or products. SaladStop!, its agents, representatives, and service providers shall not be liable, in any event, for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website, content, or products, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Website, content, or products. These exclusions for indirect, special, consequential, and exemplary damages include, without limitation, damages for personal injury, pain and suffering,emotional distress, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if SaladStop!, its agents, representatives, and service providers have been advised of the possibility thereof and regardless of the legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based.Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, SaladStop!, its agents, representatives and service providers’ liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the SaladStop! entities, and each of their agents, representatives, and service providers harmless from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to third party claims, damages, costs, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of, or in connection with, your violation of these Terms of Use.
